Back by popular demand, Olea Lindfield has once again created a one-off degustation menu for Valentine’s Day. Whether dining with your Valentine, galentine, family or friends, you will experience a taste of the Mediterranean, with a strong seafood focus, as you move through the menu after your glass of prosecco and pintxos on arrival.
The menu has been carefully curated by Head Chef and Co-owner, Jesus Estevez, drawing on over three decades of culinary experience, his Spanish heritage, and his passion for fine food, European hospitality and the shared experience.
Your menu progresses through a series of entree-style dishes, including Zucchini Flowers, Salmon Ceviche, Scallops on the shell, and Prawn Raviolini, onto mains of Red Snapper and Lamb Cutlets, followed by Passionfruit Tart and Dulce de leche Panna Cotta for dessert.
